[name removed] our sales consultant from Geelong took us through the process to build our new home, he helped us find the perfect floorplan for our needs, helped us find a block of land, then assisted with securing it. Nothing we requested was too hard!

We had a few little issues with our alterations and floorplan changes, these were fixed up via email. Be sure to double check your contracts and final plans. Our house has started to be constructed less than a week ago, we can't wait to see the end result.

The build was quite well managed. Building supervisor kept us up to date with weekly phone calls. Quality was great, great work by all trades, plaster finish was perfect, frame was great. Prior to build things were slow, but once building commenced it was all green lights. The cost difference was also acceptable, a 0.7% over the estimation. All in all, a good experience.
