Perfect build from start to finish
This is the second build which i have completed through Metricon Homes and I had nothing to fault, the level of service from [name removed] (our sales consultant) was second to none, and he made the entire selection process of the home and the inclusion very simple and easy to follow.
Once we moved onto the construction phase, our site supervisor [name removed] was an absolute dream to work with. [name removed] went out of his way to send photos weekly and also take videos of the build throughout construction to send over to me especially given the constant lockdowns and restrictions on movement.
[name removed] provided timely updates and would answer any and all questions throughout the build and was always prompt to respond and easy to contact. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better site supervisor.
The build of the home commenced at the beginning of August with keys handed over today, an extremely quick build for a 29 square home.
The entire team have been amazing to deal with and I would have no hesitation in doing my next build with them again soon
